My Students allows you to connect with your students and follow along with the progress toward their college. My Students contains information on your students' post secondary goals, college and scholarship matches, and college and career interests.
Use the Invite students button to launch the invite dialog or copy the code to share it directly with students you'd like to participate in the program. For more detailed information on inviting students to join, see the Connection Guide.
Your My Students list includes all students that participated in the myOptions Encourage Survey program in your classroom via paper or digital forms and students you have invited to connect via your unique Educator Invite code.
Sort and filter by Graduation Year, Connection Date, Data Source, and/or Name to refine your list of students prior to selecting students and generating their College Match and Scholarship Reports.
The Connection Date is the date that student begin participation in the program with you. The Data Source is the method of student participation: Student app, Paper form, or Digital form.
Click on the blue carrot icon in the Details column for expanded insights about your student's college matches, their favorites, scholarship eligibility as well as other demographic information your student has added to their profile.
View the Matched tab of your student's College List to see colleges matched to your students based on the profile they completed using their preferences from within the student Encourage app or website. View the Favorites tab to see the schools your student starred as favorites.
Scholarship Matches is where you can view scholarships matched to your students based on the profile they completed using their preferences from within the student Encourage app or website.
NOTE: Some of the information will only populate for students who have activated their Encourage account.
